Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team via our online portal or email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your RMA authorization.
Pack Your Equipment
Carefully place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and mounting hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping the tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
